I tried their food three times at the Capitole Christmas market. The staff is lovely, the portions are generous and full of flavor! I highly recommend it.

A very friendly little restaurant. We had a reservation for 8:30 pm and it was busy but not too crowded. We could easily hear each other when we spoke. The food was delicious. I had the eggplant fritters as a starter and the traditional lamb as a main course; it was surprisingly good and delicious. For dessert, I had the semolina cake, which was also excellent! For my first experience with Nepalese cuisine, it was truly fantastic. I would gladly return.

We had lunch with a friend. We weren't familiar with the flavors, but the waitress and waitress gave us excellent advice. They were very pleasant and attentive. There are many menu options, everything is clearly described, and the prices are very reasonable. A little tip: Ask the waiter to explain the dishes; they'll find a picture to better illustrate the ingredients and cooking methods. Be careful with the sweet and savory dishes, especially if you're not a fan, like me. I also recommend asking in advance if the dishes are spicy (it might be a surprise!). Remember to make a reservation (we ate on a Wednesday evening).

Best Indian/Nepalese restaurant in Toulouse, by far! The perfect food when you need a little comfort food. I highly recommend it!!
