Delicious, very kind manager. For the first time in my life, when I asked to remove an item I didn't like, I was immediately offered to replace it with something else, at no extra cost.

Tried it on a sweltering day, so it wasn't very busy. The basic ramen menu ranges from €13 to €16 and includes meat and a Tamago egg, which is quite affordable compared to other ramen places. The meat is incredibly tender. The ramen itself is fairly true to what you'd find in Japan. The broth has a rather strong flavor, which might be surprising. Overall, it's good ramen, but not my favorite. The service is excellent, and it's simply amazing that everything is managed by a single person.

We had some absolutely delicious ramen here! We also shared the bao burger as a starter, and it was really tasty. The restaurant itself is quite simple, but it was clean, and the service was super friendly. The ramen were the highlight - fresh ingredients, a rich and flavorful broth, and a generous portion size. We'd definitely come back!

I absolutely loved the ramen here! I ordered a glass of sencha and a bowl of tonkotsu ramen, and both exceeded my expectations. The sencha was incredibly refreshing—light, crisp, and not overly sweet at all. I believe the owner added a touch of honey yuzu, which gave it a delicate citrus aroma and a subtle fruity note. It was the perfect drink for a warm summer day and made the whole meal even more enjoyable. The tonkotsu ramen was equally impressive. At first glance, it looked simple and unpretentious, but the broth was exceptionally flavorful. It was so rich and savory that I actually asked the owner whether any chicken had been added during the cooking process, because I could taste a depth of umami that reminded me of a great chicken stock. To my surprise, the owner told me that the broth was made entirely from pork. I was genuinely amazed that a pork broth could be simmered to such a beautiful level of richness while remaining perfectly clean and free of any gaminess. Overall, it was a fantastic meal. Great flavors, thoughtful preparation, and a truly satisfying dining experience!

Best ramen we have ever had! We were craving something different after being in Paris for a few days and this was perfect. The pork was SO TENDER. It’s a one man show which makes it even more impressive.

Small restaurant but definitely worth the trip: the ramen and gyoza soups are excellent, and the mochi are delicious. The service is very friendly. In short, highly recommended! 😋🍜
