Amazing experience at this bubble tea place! 🧋✨ The welcome was truly fantastic; you immediately feel at ease upon entering. The waitress, Apolline, was lovely, smiling, and very attentive. She took the time to explain the options thoroughly and offer recommendations based on my preferences. It's rare to encounter someone so kind and professional; it really makes a difference! And of course, the bubble tea was delicious 😍 I recommend it 100%, both for the quality of the drinks and the service!

Fresh and delicious bubble tea, however, the service was lacking… The waitress was cold and barely looked at her customers. No smile, no hello, and when she brought our drinks, not a single word. It's a shame because the drinks are reasonably priced. I did, however, get a goodbye with an extra smile.

A truly fantastic team. I came to send a package and didn't have everything I needed. The team took the time to help me with great kindness and patience – a huge thank you! I highly recommend this place; their excellent service and kindness make me want to come back!
