Amazing pizzas! My favorites for takeout/delivery

We ordered several pizzas for delivery, including a four-cheese pizza... On the phone, we weren't told it would have almonds on it. Even after removing them, the taste was still there, and the person didn't eat it. Really disappointed by this oversight. Yet it wasn't the first time we'd ordered this four-cheese pizza.

Always on top, friendly service and the pizzas are very good

When we went to order two calzones, one of them had a slight problem during cooking. After reporting this to the manager, we were offered a second order, and it was perfect. I've been ordering from Factory for years, and it's very rare to encounter a problem. When one does occur, the staff's professionalism immediately sets to work to resolve it.
