Yojisu sur Aix-En-Provence

I've eaten there about ten times and have never been disappointed. The food is good, the portions are generous, and the staff are always very pleasant. The dining room and terrace are lovely. No complaints whatsoever.

A restaurant we frequent regularly, and for good reason! A varied menu that's a refreshing change from what you find in more mainstream restaurants, and very well executed to boot! We especially loved the Torikatsu Don, a simple, perfectly crispy chicken on a bowl of rice—it was absolutely delicious! The same goes for the hot appetizers, like the shrimp tempura and the eggplant tempura—definitely worth trying! One unique feature is that everything is served at once, which I personally love! Whether it's the hot dishes, sushi, or sashimi, it's always a crowd-pleaser, provided you enjoy Japanese food, of course! Although I've never met anyone who didn't like breaded chicken and rice, especially when it's so well prepared... Perhaps a minor drawback is the noise level, more so at lunchtime than in the evening. For example, Saturday and Friday evenings will be just as noisy, but personally, I think it's part of the atmosphere and won't stop you from having a conversation. If you'd like a quieter spot, ask for a table upstairs. Another bonus is the grocery section, and especially the beautiful tableware. It's a bit pricey, of course, but the products are all top-notch. We love it... I highly recommend it!

A really good restaurant. I don't go often because of the prices, but when I do, I treat myself, and you should too. The ingredients are high quality. Again, the only downside is the price; it's a shame because I'd go more often.
