My favourite Japanese in Paris. Nothing fancy or high end just great basics well prepared and served by great staff. They have many locals who eat there or order from there frequently which is a great sign.

Top service! Regular customers of this restaurant, always ordering the same thing, the waitress knows our order in advance by voice, fast and efficient! The rolls are fresh and great! You can tell everything is prepared to order

For an all-you-can-eat formula at 14€50 for lunch and 18€80 in the evening, you are entitled to 3 rounds of 5 dishes each from a wide choice: sushi, ravioli, skewers, rice, noodles, etc. Special recommendations for crispy gyozas and beef and cheese skewers. But the maki/sushi are just as exquisite. The service is fast and efficient thanks to the grid system…but still very friendly! I would come back!
11/11/2024: Restaurant with very tasty food, incredible service, and a very attentive and incredibly skillful waitress, even with the restaurant crowded – it was impressive to see. The sushi chef, in addition to preparing wonderful sushi, was very kind and helped us wrap our birthday cake. In short, I highly recommend!

19/12/2024: Those who don't like it have a palate problem. It's quite simply among the best sushi in Paris and at a reasonable price for France and at this level of quality and variety. I know Japanese cuisine by heart and travel to Japan every year, where I try many excellent restaurants far from tourist areas. Well I can tell you that Sushi Gourmet has nothing to be ashamed of doing what they do in France. Well done, keep it up. And those who have no taste, continue to go for your tasteless, chemical and sugary Chinese sushi, but be careful not to give your opinion.
28/11/2024: The royal sashimi and mix menus are killer. More than generous portion with fish, crustaceans and molluscs that cannot be found anywhere else. Arrive early or call for takeout as the wait is long
