🍣 An excellent Japanese restaurant in Cergy! Yokohama is a pleasant surprise for lovers of Japanese cuisine. Back at Yoko after a few years. The taste of authentic shashimi is still there, but be careful with the overcooked rice. The California rolls hold their shape well (not always the case elsewhere). Two visits in quick succession: first service was perfect; second, less so.

25/05/2026: For me, it's the best Japanese restaurant in the area; I've never had any problems with the quality of the food. It's every bit as good as any Japanese restaurant in Paris.
05/05/2026: Very good, almost perfect. The fish was spotless. As for drawbacks, there wasn't enough wasabi and the ginger was inedible.
