A lovely, cozy, family-style restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and made a genuine effort to explain the menu to us, even though we don’t speak French or Japanese. They thoughtfully accommodated all our dietary preferences, carefully noting what to avoid in each dish, and offered excellent recommendations that we truly enjoyed.

The Shokado bento includes medium fatty tuna. I think it's a good deal to have such a good Japanese meal in this area. I was surprised that the food was more traditional than I expected.

While in Paris, I returned to this small restaurant, just a stone's throw from the Champs-Élysées, with a friend who loves Japanese cuisine. Nothing has changed, the owner is as discreet as ever. Her husband is in charge of the kitchen, preparing unique dishes. I recommend the tasting menu, a delight and affordable for the quality of the ingredients and cuisine. It's best to make a reservation, as lunch is always busy. It can be enjoyed on the terrace... in the autumn sunshine. A wonderful experience. I was delighted with my visit.
