Excellent sushi. We're sushi addicts, and honestly, every time we go to a city, we eat. Thank you for selling such delicious sushi and for being open when almost everything else was closed.

You Sushi is the second Japanese delight I've discovered this year. The fish is sublime, fresh, tender, and incredibly flavorful, whether served as sashimi or ceviche (which we ate). Ideally located on the banks of the Nive River, on the Grand Bayonne side. The staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very good cuisine, the miso soup is a cut above other Japanese dishes in the region, and the sushi is very fresh. I recommend it.

The sushi was fresh and delicious. It looked just like the pictures on the menu. The service was fast. I had the salmon balls at the end of the meal as a snack, but I didn't like them as much because I find them a bit dry. However, they did fill me up!

07/08/2024: We came to eat there with a friend and we were not disappointed, quite the contrary! The platters are beautiful and the food is to die for! The employee who welcomed us was absolutely adorable so I highly recommend the place!
