This restaurant is managed by the "Prince" of the culinary experience. I say that, because, like the musician Prince (who plays all his instruments, writes produces, etc), the owner of Yves (named after his father), does it all. He takes the reservation, seats you, serves, cooks, etc. It is truly a one man band - and the results were spectacular. It was a super fun night, eating great food with a wonderful host.
