Very good address, tested and approved once, and re-approved several times including this evening! A fantastic team, a very good team, in a small committee or with a large group, it’s always a good address! I highly recommend

I had been passing Zuem Strissel for several years; every day, without having experienced it because this place was not attractive. For about 2 weeks... A nugget of a woman has been working there!!! She brought this brand back to life!!! Thank you Sophie for all these shared moments, thank you to the Chef for delighting my taste buds!!

Ultima sera a Strasburgo, capitiamo qui a cena in cerca di un posto autentico. In effetti, tutto buono, dal cordon bleu al baeckeoffe, uno stufato di carne mista cucinato a lungo. Buoni anche i vini. Unica pecca: nessuno parla inglese. Comunque consigliato.

War Anfang Mai 2024 erneut anläßlich des Essens eines deutsch-französischen Berufsverbandes in diesem Hause zum Abendessen. Speisen und Getränke weitestgehend vorgegeben, stattgefunden hat das in der Gaststube im 1. OG. Service schnell und freundlich, Aperitif, das Essen und die Getränke gut, die Atmospäre im ältesten Restaurant Strasbourgs perfekt. Bei nächster Gelegenheit werde ich dort erneut einkehren...

24/08/2024: Très beau restaurant avec décoration typique alsacienne où l'on a très bien mangé et à prix correct. Personnel très aimable et cuisine au top. Nous y sommes allés 2 fois lors de nos passages à Strasbourg. Parfait je recommande ce restaurant !
20/08/2024: Served very quickly even with a lot of people 😎 Wide choice on the menu but it's still pretty close to those around (weird they agreed to sell all at the same price) 🙃 The quality of the tartes flambées was good but the cooking in the center could be improved (not uniform, after all if it's over a wood fire it's not surprising). Helpful person, available and very competent despite the crowd and the limited space) outside at least... In short, pleasantly surprised even in the middle of a rush, thank you again 👍

28/08/2024: Good restaurant in the city center. We went there twice through "the Fork". Rather simple meal in appearance but effective. Fair value for money.
26/08/2024: My Dad and I were staying in Germany this past summer, and we decided to drive over into France for a night to explore and eat some French Cuisine. We arrived into France pretty late because it was a long drive from Munich, but once we got into the city, everything was so beautiful! We decided to try this restaurant and even though they were about to close they still served us, and not only that but the entire staff was so incredibly kind and accommodating to us, even though we were foreigners. My dad doesn’t speak French and I only know a little, but they were so sweet about speaking English to us, and they were nice enough to let me attempt to speak the little bit of French I knew. The food was AMAZING! It was one of the best meals we had in Europe, and they had a great vegetarian option for me to try as well! The staff themselves, made our trip to France an unforgettable experience, but the incredible food just topped it off! If you are a foreigner or even if you are not, I would highly recommend this restaurant for their amazing service and delicious food. 10/10!
