The meal was fantastic...the place was exceptional, not to mention Benjamin who gave us a very warm welcome. He also explained the history of the restaurant to us.
The dishes were excellent. We came three times in a row and we have no regrets...thank you Benjamin, we look forward to returning.

We were very pleased with the welcome and the attentiveness of the service manager (Benjamin), who enjoyed telling us about the history of this magnificent setting and kindly offered us a tour.
The meal was excellent... the calf's head was succulent and the tarte flambée was superb... We will be back! 😋

A pleasant Saturday lunchtime in Strasbourg at the end of January. Far fewer tourists, resulting in very attentive service. We discovered Rieslin wines. To finish, we enjoyed a Kougelhof French toast with cinnamon ice cream. The new manager shared his deep connection to the place and its history. We also received a personalized tour of the dining rooms, dedicated to the guild. Well done!

We received a very warm welcome from Benjamin, who highlighted the restaurant and its fascinating history. We enjoyed a delicious ham hock with its sauce. A great traditional restaurant. We will gladly return.

Every time we come to Strasbourg for the Christmas market, we have lunch there. The food is traditional and simple (both the starters and main courses are homemade). The service is impeccable, and the waitresses are friendly, pleasant, and professional. We will gladly return.
