We had an absolutely exceptional evening at Winstub Strissel, and everything came together for a perfect experience. The royal sauerkraut alone is worth the trip: hearty, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and made with high-quality ingredients. Beyond the food itself, it was the entire experience that left a lasting impression. A huge thank you to Benjamin, whose professionalism and kindness make all the difference. His excellent advice on drinks, the time he took to tell us about this historic place, and his thoughtful tour of the establishment were truly remarkable. You come here not only to eat but also to experience a genuine and welcoming atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful meal; the flammenkuch with Munster cheese was delicious, everything is definitely homemade! The waitress was very welcoming, the service was quick, and the old-fashioned atmosphere was fantastic.

A very pleasant lunch at Zum Strissel. Benjamin welcomed us warmly and showed us around the house. The flammenkueches were as enjoyable as Benjamin and his historical insights. Special mention for the very generous plate of Munster cheese. We will gladly return.

The 50% discount through The Fork made it absolutely worth it and great value for money. I would definitely recommend it!
