Good food, nice place.
Alsace wine from very good local winegrowers.
Long wait for the aperitif.
Arrived at 12 p.m., served at 12:45 p.m....
Only small downside.
Everything else about the meal was impeccable.

Lunch on a Sunday; the service was a little disrupted by the fact that all the guests arrived at exactly the same time.
Absolutely delicious tuna tataki and herring tartare. The saltimbocca (revisited) were just as successful.

Fantastic restaurant, the dishes (pork ribs, kaseknepple and kidneys) were delicious. Note that 2 people shared a portion of kidneys and that they were served on 2 different plates, we appreciate this kind of detail on the service, but what we appreciate even more are the homemade desserts time when we find more and more frozen foods metro. So I particularly enjoyed my chocolate fondant, it’s even the best I’ve ever eaten. Hat !

Very tasty food with many regional specialties at a high level. Very nice, harmonious rural atmosphere.
Unfortunately the service seemed careless and listless. The language barrier was not even attempted to be overcome. A smile would have been nice too... The espresso was forgotten but it was on the bill

1st good point:
We leave this beautiful place, professional and friendly staff, varied menu suggestions, personally I ate the piece of beef with vegetables and potatoes, meat cooked and served according to my request, for my son his choice was :
the queen's bites, excellent according to her words.
The desserts are excellent.
I have never been disappointed ☺️
The second good point: accepts ANCV checks, it’s perfect ☺️
The 5 stars are well deserved, all in a magnificent setting.

Très bon restaurant, nous y allons régulièrement et ne sommes jamais déçus. Toujours un accueil chaleureux et d’excellentes tartes flambées.

Nous avons fait plus d'une heure de route pour venir dans ce restaurant que nous aimions beaucoup. Mais cette fois, le fort goût industriel des ingrédients de la bouchée à la Reine et le manque de fondant du jarret de porc, à peine cuit, n'ont pas du tout été à la hauteur de ce que nous connaissions. Les bons desserts, le service très aimable et le vin excellent (Riesling Mochel Cuvée Henriette 21) ne compensent pas et nous réfléchirons à deux fois avant d'y retourner.
