A great find! A warm and welcoming place with a good atmosphere, and the sauerkraut in a pastry crust with a flambéed beer and Cointreau as an aperitif was simply superb.

Delicious onion tart! My main with boiled vegetables was okay. Overall, a nice place to experience the regional food and tradition. Very attentive and friendly service. I recommend better ventilation in the eating area, it needs a bit more fresh air

Good Alsatian restaurant, everything was delicious, I recommend it. The service was pleasant and efficient as well. It just lacks a bit of organic food and a wider selection of non-alcoholic beer.

This is certainly one of the last traditional restaurants in Mulhouse. The food is excellent, all local, cooked with passion. The drinks are also good, and locally sourced. The only downsides are that it's dark, like a cave. And to top it all off, one of the waiters takes certain liberties that are quite inappropriate and completely out of keeping with the atmosphere. Otherwise, it's a traditional restaurant for those who are truly passionate about Alsatian cuisine.

05/02/2026: The sauerkraut was very average, both in terms of how the cabbage was cooked and the meat. Fortunately, the service was excellent.
01/02/2026: What a wonderful discovery this inn was! On Saturday the 31st, we booked a table for 11 people. The service was perfect; the waitress was smiling and very professional. The food was excellent (prepared by the owner's mother), delicious and very generous portions! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!

08/03/2026: Excellent experience today at lunchtime. Warm welcome, delicious meal, attentive and responsive staff. Clean restrooms. No complaints whatsoever, I highly recommend it.
07/03/2026: I highly recommend it (the Alsatian cordon bleu is simply magnificent).
