A regular customer of the escalope.
Probably the best restaurant in Mulhouse.
The dishes are very good and the accompanying vegetables are excellent. The setting is pleasant :)
My only slight complaint is that the desserts are a bit too sweet; they would be so much better with just a little less sugar. Thank you!

It had been a long time since I'd been to L'Escalope, but what a surprise and a pleasure it was to rediscover this place and their menu! We arrived a little late, but were still welcomed. The waitress was initially a bit reserved, but she quickly relaxed and was pleasant throughout the meal. Special mention goes to the chef and the owner, who were very attentive and concerned about whether we were enjoying our meal.
And yes, we were! The dishes were generous, beautifully presented, and frankly, very good.
In short, I highly recommend it.

Nice little restaurant. I was presented with a beautifully arranged and colorful plate. Three minor personal observations (that's my grumpy old chef side coming out): the fries were frozen, the sauce lacked that refreshing touch of acidity that excites and makes your mouth water, and the whipped cream was whipped with a siphon. Nevertheless, if you're ever in Mulhouse, stop by for a pleasant meal. Special mention goes to the waitress with her warm southern accent, which brings a touch of sunshine to the place.

Pure bliss from start to finish! The welcome, the service, the food, the professional atmosphere... The aperitif was perfectly balanced, the meats were excellent, and the vegetables were beautifully prepared. The spaetzle was superb, the sauce was perfect, the portions generous, and everything was served with a smile.
Plus, it's spotlessly clean, even the handwashing area!
