I had a veal escalope with morels. They were more like small, flat cutlets. I prefer a real escalope, pink inside. For the sauce, I didn't find the taste of good morel sauce. And I didn't like the texture. Otherwise the service, impeccable, good atmosphere and beautiful restaurant. Damage. Another time maybe.
