My partner and I had a very pleasant dinner, starting with the cheerful and efficient staff, who greeted us with a smile in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
They offer high-quality products at excellent value, and above all, they have a masterful command of cooking techniques.
We were particularly impressed by the wood-fired roasting Cornish hen, served with morel sauce and new potatoes.

Everything is perfect, from the food and the atmosphere to the friendliness of the staff. A place not to be missed under any circumstances. The outdoor area is very pleasant on a sunny day, overlooking the Nivelle river.

A must-visit when you go to Spain. I love the welcome, even without a reservation... however, I recommend it because it's always packed, but they always find you a little spot 😜. We love the atmosphere, and if you're inside, the chefs put on an amazing show. The dishes are delicious, made with very tasty local products. One downside though: the fries are a real shame, not homemade 😢

We stopped at the restaurant without looking for it or knowing anything about it, and it was a great find. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and the place was lovely, with tables near the river. The interior was also very well-maintained and spotless; you can see part of the kitchen, and it was all impeccably clean. The service was good. If we're back in the area, we'll definitely be back!
