02/02/2026: I was really disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. First of all, the welcome was lacking: you don't feel truly welcomed or made to feel comfortable upon arrival, which immediately sets a bad first impression. As for the food, the portions were too small, which is hardly acceptable given the prices (between €20 and €30 per dish). For that price, you expect something more generous! Furthermore, the dishes weren't bad, but clearly didn't live up to my expectations. Finally, the atmosphere wasn't what was promised. We were expecting music and a warm ambiance, but this wasn't there, which made the experience even more lackluster. In short, disappointing value for money, a cold welcome, and a nonexistent atmosphere. An experience that fell short of expectations. Response to the owner following their reply: We simply wish to clarify that several of us have left reviews, each concerning our own experience. This is in no way a vendetta, but rather the normal exercise of the right to freedom of expression, guaranteed in particular by Article 11 of the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen, as long as the comments remain respectful, which is the case here. Regarding the points you raised: – Requesting carafes of water is normal in a restaurant. – The bread, included in the set menu, was simply requested because it had not been served. – During our visit as a group for a birthday celebration, only one person did not order anything, which is not prohibited by any law as long as the group consumes food and drinks. Finally, we regret the tone used in your public response, which seems disproportionate and intimidating in the face of simple customer feedback. Review platforms exist precisely to allow consumers to share their experiences, whether positive or negative. Our reviews were published in good faith, without malicious intent, and within the legal framework established for customer reviews.
02/02/2026: Arriving around 7:30/7:45 PM, we weren't served until 9 PM… enough time to put the world to rights. Admittedly, there were 18 of us, but the wait was interminable. The portions were so small we wondered if it was supposed to be a tasting menu. The atmosphere didn't help matters: comments about our laughter, about us not ordering "enough," and about us being there to pay little, even though everyone ordered a main course and a drink. Even a carafe of water was a problem (you'll notice they always itemize the bill for customers who left bad reviews, proof that the important thing isn't so much the customer experience but the number on the receipt). A birthday cake, despite being announced in advance, was unsurprisingly also poorly received. However, OUR criticisms were very poorly received (the staff even said they felt "attacked")... The result: an evening meant to be festive, transformed into a test of patience. Avoid.
