Le MAMI-WATA
Toulouse
09/10/2026: I bought it at the market.
€15 for 30g of rice is too expensive for what it is
03/10/2026: Absolutely amazing!
I'm not usually a fan of African or Caribbean food, but I have to admit that at Mami Wata's I was won over!
The service was perfect and the waitress was absolutely lovely ♥️

La kasbah
Toulouse
15/10/2026: Honestly, I was rather disappointed! The service was very good and the staff lovely, but the portions were quite small! The "Chicken Tajine" only contained one small chicken leg and two potatoes, which was rather disappointing. :/
Plus, the dishes could have been a bit spicier, which is a shame!
14/10/2026: Excellent couscous with a very pleasant welcome. We had a very good time.

African Queen
Toulouse
24/03/2026: The African Queen restaurant in Toulouse is a wonderful discovery for lovers of authentic African cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the braised chicken with plantains, which was perfectly seasoned and a generous portion. The colorful decor immediately creates a warm and exotic atmosphere. A big thank you to Mamadou, who was very welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. A friendly place where you feel right at home, with excellent value for money.
18/03/2026: The African Queen restaurant in Toulouse is a wonderful discovery for lovers of African cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the chicken yassa, perfectly seasoned and very generous. A big thank you to Awa, the waitress, for her warm welcome and helpful recommendations. The African-inspired decor creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere.

Coeur D'amande
Toulouse
12/09/2026: Excellent and generous meal at a very affordable price.
The service was impeccable and friendly, and the place was very welcoming.
I highly recommend it!
10/08/2026: Delicious vegetarian couscous with spicy flavors.
A small suggestion: offer a vegetarian tagine.
Friendly, helpful staff, warm atmosphere.
I've been going here for years and always enjoy it.

Farafina
Toulouse
11/09/2026: I ordered a beef mafe; there were six pieces of meat, and it was incredibly dry, like it had been sitting there for ages. Cooking isn't for everyone, and the bissap was so bitter, I'm just saying what I felt.

La Sénégalaise
Toulouse
24/09/2026: The cooks are amazing, with big hearts, and they cook as if you were at her place. However, beware of the toxic Senegalese men who take your order and speak rudely to you when they make a mistake.
They insult you on the phone before hanging up on you.
Personally, I'll have someone else pick up my orders because I never want to deal with the rudeness of these people who can't admit their mistakes again. Also, if you're queer, try not to be too obvious about it for your safety; it's not appreciated inside the restaurant.

Abyssinia Restaurant Ethiopien
Toulouse

Toulouse
30/04/2026: Passing through Tours for a few hours on our way back from vacation, we were looking for a place to have lunch on a terrace with a children's menu. We received a warm welcome, the setting was very peaceful, the food delicious, and there was a lawn in front of the terrace where our children could play quietly while we enjoyed an aperitif.
A very good place!
18/04/2026: Great setting for sports enthusiasts, superb terrace, and good food! See you soon!
