04/09/2026: A small bakery near my house with a good selection.
I was craving something flaky, so I tried a pastry I hadn't had before. The surface was nice and crispy, almost like a biscuit, with a softer, more indulgent interior. I really enjoyed the contrast in textures. And the inside was generously filled, with pronounced almond and chocolate flavors.
