06/04/2026: Meh. Mixed feelings. I ordered a Mafé, and they served me a Yassa (I didn't say anything). The Yassa wasn't bad in itself, but it didn't taste like a Yassa. The starter (acradles) and dessert (coconut cake) were good, but nothing special. The decor was dated, and the tableware was a bit cheap; I can hardly recommend it. I find it rather sad in general that so many African restaurants are still somewhat amateurish, as is the case here; it's a cuisine that deserves better than that.
22/03/2026: As a group of several, we were forced to order the tasting menu, for which the portions were ridiculously small. There was enough food for a maximum of four people, and there were seven of us. One and a half samosas each, one accra each, two spoonfuls of rice each, and not enough cake for everyone. Half a meal in a nearly empty restaurant. The only positive point was that the owner was friendly. Avoid at all costs.

01/01/2026: One of the best Comorian restaurants in Marseille. I've tried practically all the Comorian restaurants in Marseille, and I can say that this one remains my favorite. I highly recommend it.

09/07/2026: This restaurant doesn't look like much at first glance, but once inside you'll receive a very warm welcome and the food will be absolutely delicious, and I can't stress that enough 🤭. We had the chicken yassa 😍 10/10 with a little bissap to wash it all down!
24/04/2026: I'd been searching for good grilled fish for so long: after several disappointments, I'd given up hope. Until I decided to try it at LE CONAKRY 🤩
My taste buds went on a journey that transcended the universe: it was so magnificently delicious, from the chili pepper that really blew me away to the side dishes, the seasoning, and the grilled fish itself, which met all the criteria of true BRAISED FISH 😭
P.S.: Le Conakry, please consider adding appetizers to your menu (treats, snacks, etc.) while waiting for your meal: everyone will benefit!

20/01/2026: Honestly, perhaps the best gravlax I've ever had. It almost made me forget that we waited 15 minutes before being served (but keep in mind we were the first customers, so let's forgive them). We ate upstairs, at the "gastronomic" menu.
I ordered a quenelle lyonnaise, my first time having one in a restaurant. I can say I was perhaps expecting a more generous portion, but the porcini mushrooms were delicious, and I finished the bread with the sauce! Finally, the dessert, the chestnut cream, was divine. Honestly, a great experience right near the metro. However, I think it's still a bit pricey.
