24/07/2026: Best pizzeria in the area, nothing more to say

18/07/2026: We stayed one night at the campsite in Thoissey while passing through. Because we had poor service and food at our campsite in the afternoon, we decided to go to the village. We stopped at Colisée there because we saw a nice photo of the terrace on Google. It has a nice and cozy terrace. The pizzas were delicious and the service was friendly. They don't speak English there, but they do everything to help you. The terrace is pleasant, cozy, and romantic. We did have to wait a while to pay. It was very busy and there were only two people serving, whereas at the beginning there was only one. The ice cream was served slightly melted, but it was still tasty. Quite expensive for ice cream with sauce though, 7.50 per scoop. Vanilla ice cream with sauce of your choice. You can also get takeout there.

29/07/2026: A magnificent restaurant on the banks of the Saône, perfect in summer, with a beautiful shaded terrace, excellent cuisine, and very professional staff. Perfect, thank you.

28/07/2026: We were warmly received and the service was perfect, as well as a very good meal in the shade under the trees.

07/08/2026: I ordered from this pizzeria with my father. We found the pizzas rather sparsely topped for the price, so we weren't convinced by the value for money. Furthermore, after placing our order by phone, we were given a different pizza than the one we had ordered, and we were charged for this more expensive pizza. Unfortunately, we didn't think to check at the time and only realized it too late. Based on this experience, I don't recommend this establishment. There are much better options elsewhere.
