26/03/2024: In an authentic setting (take the time to admire the 16th century parquet flooring) you will taste very good dishes prepared with care. In particular the deer mouse cooked at low temperature. The welcome is very warm and friendly. In short, we do not regret the detour we took to spend this great time. We will not hesitate to come back

03/03/2024: We had lunch this afternoon. The setting is magnificent, atypical. The waitress was smiling and pleasant (although embarrassed by our dissatisfaction.) There were positive points, but overall the disappointment was immense in terms of the cuisine and the cooking. Deer (mice which were not) very poorly prepared and cooked. (hard and really a millefeuille of nervous tissue noted by the waitress, the plate returned twice, the same thing twice.) Chocolate fondants that were absolutely not melty. The rest was OK, but as we say about a whole meal, it's not enough... The positive? The wine was very good but luckily at 40 euros a bottle. 🙃 The hostel owner made a gesture for the inconvenience!
