28/07/2026: The restaurant was empty. We ordered two ice creams, waited for over 15 minutes and still nothing. We couldn't even talk or laugh behind the counter and serve the customers.

21/07/2026: One star because zero is impossible. I've never seen a Burger King so dirty, and the toilets are even worse—avoid at all costs! Not to mention the service; nobody pays any attention to you. You feel like you're bothering them when you ask a question, even though they do nothing about it. And the staff even have customers who play loud music in the restaurant.

01/07/2026: Unacceptable! The self-service kiosks don't work. We try our best to place orders between glitches, but in the end, we don't get what we ordered because we can't even finalize the order. The staff knows perfectly well that the kiosks aren't working and offers no compensation whatsoever; worse, they treat customers with contempt.

06/07/2026: I was really craving pizza, so I checked Google reviews, etc. The pictures made me want some, so I ordered two merguez pizzas through a platform! I selected "well-cooked," and I ended up with two practically raw pizzas. They tasted like flour, doughy, the merguez was tasteless, the tomato sauce was bland, and you couldn't even taste the cheese. I'm truly sorry, but I was so disgusted that I preferred not to eat them. I also think some of the reviews are fake, or maybe I just got a bad one, I don't know. In any case, I won't be fooled again and I'll read the bad reviews before ordering next time. I always said not to pay attention to the bad ones and just read the overall picture, and now I find myself in one of those... hoping it's just a one-off.
