27/05/2024: Had a wonderful meal here on our last night in Aix. I know it may seem simple, just hot dogs & fries, but everything is made with local ingredients and is really delicious! The homemade onions are the star of the show! So good. And the couple running the restaurant are so sweet. You can make a reservation by SMS, which we did, but others walked up just fine. But a few people were turned away when the small amount of tables were full. Really cute atmosphere and just a great local meal!
19/05/2024: The best hot dogs in Aix. I always get a melted cheddar hot dog, it's better. Their fries are very good (cheddar is also very good but it's rich). Their banana bread too. I recommend.

Short menu which can be a little boring when you order so frequently.

The hamburger bun (made by themselves) is delicious, the fries are very good.

15/03/2024: Surely the best cupcakes and cheesecakes in town! Everything is delicious! I have been going there for several years and the welcome is always very warm, the lady is just adorable. She deserves all her success.

18/05/2024: Came at 2 p.m. to have a coffee on the terrace in May 28 degrees apparently the terrace is only reserved for staff, we customers have to stay locked up plus the welcome is particularly unpleasant while the terrace and the staff Paul just opposite has knew how to welcome us as we were supposed to. Shame on the staff, flee!!! . I have never seen an establishment in the south close its terrace.

Local products, smiling and pleasant boss and employees.
Top burgers, I'm waiting for the next burger of the moment.
Price level not more expensive than elsewhere and I much prefer to spend it in a local business than in an industrial one where the quality is not the same

18/04/2024: We stopped in here for a lunchtime snack and were very satisfied. The food was great, special requests were also taken into account and you could sit comfortably and take a short rest. There were also several attractive lunch deals.

04/05/2024: We discovered BiqtroSteakHouse in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, attracted by their specialty: burgers. The hamburgers are really excellent, with a special mention for the quality of the meat and the freshness of the ingredients. The fries, although homemade, were unfortunately a little too dry for my taste. The service, however, was very pleasant and attentive, which greatly contributed to the positive experience.
As for desserts, they are unfortunately not up to the standard of burgers and the price can seem high. In summary, if you're looking for good burgers in Saint-Rémy, this restaurant is worth a visit for its main dishes, but perhaps you would consider skipping dessert or having it elsewhere if you're still a little hungry.

Arrived at 11:45 a.m. served at 12:15 p.m. even though there were no customers
We ordered menus with fries, there were none left, we settled on potato pancakes, drinks the same, we ordered coke, there were none left.
Burger so-called truffle mayonnaise I guess there was no more because I'm still looking for the taste of truffle
3 tons of salad to add volume
The poor cook who asks by phone for goods to be brought to work
For dessert I had a pana cota that was taken out of the freezer at the end of the meal, great we eat the dessert 1 hour later while it thaws
One thing is for sure they won't see me anymore
