At the time of payment, being a regular customer of your chain, I received a 10% discount for my third visit. I told Natacha, before she processed the bill, that I wanted to take advantage of this discount. When I presented my card, she told me it wasn't working, showing me the screen. I asked her how to proceed, and she replied that it wasn't her problem and that the card should be presented at the table, not at the counter. I paid my bill without the discount, but I think I'll choose another restaurant next time I'm in Vernon.
