06/09/2026: Hello I came for lunch today… I ordered a ribeye steak, but the meat was very average, or perhaps the knife wasn't cutting well! At the time of payment, being a regular customer of your chain, I received a 10% discount for my third visit. I told Natacha, before she processed the bill, that I wanted to take advantage of this discount. When I presented my card, she told me it wasn't working, showing me the screen. I asked her how to proceed, and she replied that it wasn't her problem and that the card should be presented at the table, not at the counter. I paid my bill without the discount, but I think I'll choose another restaurant next time I'm in Vernon.

11/08/2026: Very disappointed. No choice, not very fresh. We found flies in our food. We left very, very disappointed. We will not return to this restaurant. I gave it one star, but it doesn't deserve it.
