28/03/2024: I had a souvenir Frantenac poutine for €10 something, + 1 drink for €2.30 I must say that I have rarely seen something so bad, 80 percent of fries, sauce, bits of sausage... in short, paying around €13 for a tray of fries is clearly a hell of a concept . The staff nothing to say The burgers looked good. 1/10 for my dish and 10/10 for the staff and atmosphere, nothing special.

19/02/2024: Everything is very good, it shows that it is made with good products, a very good burger bun, the steak very good, the fries very good. It's clean and pleasant. On the other hand, too expensive in relation to the quantity, a single burger costs €13, fries not included, and a menu costs €17... 2 or 3 euros less, 5 stars!

25/02/2024: Being a regular at the place, the service is getting worse and worse. Firstly a room without austere without music and the chairs are broken not to mention the friendliness at a minimum. Next, let’s talk about the menu! I have the impression that the franchise copies (and not in a good way) a little too much of the big firm at M. The few fries and sauces in the burger are scandalous and yet the price remains the same... Very disappointing...

28/02/2024: Top-notch cuisine, we are never disappointed when we order from them. The delivery people are super smiley, it’s a pleasure. I highly recommend

24/02/2024: Order this evening, I make sure the order is understood. I receive an incomplete order billed in full. It is 3 euros but I call. The person on the phone tells me that the person in charge cannot speak to me, that they will come and deliver the missing item to me because I do not want a commercial gesture (this is not the first mistake and I do not necessarily want to recommend!). 'wait I call back, again and again, I am blocked. I end up having an undrinkable person who asks me "if I speak French, do you understand when someone speaks to you" "there is no death of a man" "don't don't worry, the waitress will charge a lot." I protest, no, it's not her fault, you are responsible and must speak to your customers when they make a mistake. The aggressive person cannot speak, speaks at the same time and gets angry! I have always been correct, given to drink etc... but now they have lost a customer and this waitress at reception who is going to take... it's just unacceptable!!!
