07/06/2026: Quick service, a bland buffet: cucumber with cream, no salt, pepper, or chives... homemade fries, desserts, and ingredients of very average quality... It's a shame; taxes are crushing our restaurants, which influences the choice of products used.

04/05/2026: I am always very well served by Cécile, who is dynamic, charming, and professional. I am a regular customer who comes to eat during my lunch break and appreciates the service and the quality of the products on each visit.

23/08/2026: Having worked at this chain for 25 years and knowing it very well, I find the state of the toilets appalling. At barely 12:30 PM, the toilet bins are overflowing, the floor is flooded with urine or something else. One door doesn't even have a lock anymore. You can feel the absence of a manager, and even more so, of a franchisee on site. This problem would never have existed under Bruno Dagonet, given that the customer traffic was completely different back then. This isn't the first time I've noticed this, and I felt it had to be said.
