Why leave two waitresses for a 60-cover restaurant during the holidays?
Arriving as a party of six at 12:30 pm, we received our food after a 1 hour and 15 minute wait. The waitress left to smoke, leaving her colleague to manage about thirty tables alone, and a cook had to bring the food. The portions were small (five tasteless mini chicken fillets), the €17 burger was bland, the fries were cold, and the desserts were overly sweet and flavorless.
We do not recommend this place. We will not be returning.

17/02/2026: I just received my order two hours late. I paid for a burger meal even though I only ordered the burger and received only the burger. The order arrived cold, and the delivery driver told me he was here waiting in the cold for 10 minutes. It's disappointing to know they send orders cold.

However, there was a mistake with one of the dishes on my last order.
That can happen, of course, but I wanted to let you know and see if it would be possible to receive a small gesture of goodwill on my next order.

I love the crust, the toppings are always generous and high-quality, and the delivery is super fast.
I even recommended them to my company for our Secret Santa meal: they were very professional, and all my colleagues thought the pizzas were excellent.

15/03/2026: We filed a complaint about 2 out of 5 macarons that the production team couldn't provide due to stock shortages. The manager didn't understand anything and refunded us for all the macarons and took them back, which wasn't what we asked for. We simply wanted a refund for the items that couldn't be delivered. However, this woman didn't understand anything, even though all her colleagues understood our request. As a result, we were either left without dessert or had to wait in line for another 20 minutes. Thanks, McDonald's! 😡😡😡
08/03/2026: A real scandal! 35 minutes to be served with so few people and an incomplete order. The restaurant was empty, and where were the reusable dishes? That's supposed to be the motto for the planet.

Incident with a player advocating insulting and shouting at a stranger for a game. This situation did not seem to shock anyone.

On nous emmène à notre table, sol tout collant.
A chaque plat commandé on nous annonce rupture, rupture etc !!!
La cuisine et les plats sont fade, heureusement dessert à relever le niveau,
bref je n’y retournerai pas.

Service pitoyable cuisson non respectée et avant de reprendre le plat en cuisine la serveuse tente de nous dire mais si c’est saignant c’est rouge alors que c’est plus que bien cuit! Pas l’accompagnement annoncé et demandé.
Un repas en famille où tout le monde mange en décalé !!
Service long , tout est long …
Bref à fuir !
