Only 2 stars this time!
Unfortunately when we returned 2 days later we got Melynda and she needs further training! We ordered starters and she insisted I got a side with it so after telling me the options I chose fries. We got our starters (minus the side) but before we had even finished this she arrived with the main, this has NEVER happened before. She took away the remainder of the starters. Then when we were finished the main it took her over 10 minutes to come and ask about dessert, then this took another 10 minutes to arrive. It was only a cookie and ice cream so what was the delay? Food was great but service was terrible this time.

24/01/2026: Great place! The food is always delicious and the portions are generous. I often get the Crazy Memphis with unlimited drinks and I've never been disappointed.
It's true that the price is a bit high, but the quality is excellent and the service is incredibly fast, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend it! 👍
23/01/2026: Horrible! Kids screaming and running everywhere, and parents/staff letting it all go on amidst the general chaos... and 300kg of salt on the plate, yuck!

28/01/2026: Hello. I'm giving one star because I have no other choice. Dirty toilet. Two burger buns. One overcooked steak, one tomato, one lettuce leaf. No sauce. And when you bring back your tray, everything is cold. Unpleasant staff. In short, close the shop; you'll save money.

07/07/2025: They should launch an internal competition to see who forgets the sauces the most times. When you allow yourself to charge for sauces and there isn't a single time when they aren't forgotten, you have to question yourself. Madness.
03/07/2025: UNACCEPTABLE! 20 minutes at the drive-thru with no one in front of us. I honked at the woman who answered, told us we were giving her a hard time, and hung up. Five minutes later, still no answer at the drive-thru, and once we left, the woman gave us the finger at the drive-thru window.
This is completely unacceptable behavior and must be punished by McDonald's as soon as possible!
Never again in Chalons-en-Champagne!

Incident with a player advocating insulting and shouting at a stranger for a game. This situation did not seem to shock anyone.

On nous emmène à notre table, sol tout collant.
A chaque plat commandé on nous annonce rupture, rupture etc !!!
La cuisine et les plats sont fade, heureusement dessert à relever le niveau,
bref je n’y retournerai pas.

Service pitoyable cuisson non respectée et avant de reprendre le plat en cuisine la serveuse tente de nous dire mais si c’est saignant c’est rouge alors que c’est plus que bien cuit! Pas l’accompagnement annoncé et demandé.
Un repas en famille où tout le monde mange en décalé !!
Service long , tout est long …
Bref à fuir !
