17/02/2026: I just received my order two hours late. I paid for a burger meal even though I only ordered the burger and received only the burger. The order arrived cold, and the delivery driver told me he was here waiting in the cold for 10 minutes. It's disappointing to know they send orders cold.

09/01/2026: I really like this restaurant, I order from you regularly and I'm always satisfied with the quality 👍 However, there was a mistake with one of the dishes on my last order. That can happen, of course, but I wanted to let you know and see if it would be possible to receive a small gesture of goodwill on my next order. Thank you and see you soon!

16/03/2026: I've been ordering from you for a long time and I've never had a problem until tonight. I placed an order for 10 wings and some potatoes. The order was confirmed over the phone, then I received a call back later to say that there were only 5 wings left. I was offered a replacement, but since I'm gluten-free, I couldn't have the tenders. I was then told that they would add some salad. An hour later, the delivery arrived. The total was €10, and the receipt stated 10 wings. I checked the order, and there were only 6 wings. After speaking with the manager, I was told that the price remained the same because "some things had been added." In reality, only a few lettuce leaves had been added. When I refused, the manager decided to apply the €8 price as an "exceptional" measure. For your information, on the website, 5 wings cost €6, so the billing is still difficult to understand.

03/02/2026: As a regular customer for two years, I'm never disappointed by the quality of either the service or the pizzas. I highly recommend it!
