03/08/2026: First time at this Memphis location and we loved it. The atmosphere and decor are fantastic, the food is excellent, and the service is top-notch. Special mention to Charlotte, who is a lovely and very kind waitress. That's not always the case these days!

30/07/2026: I've been eating at Chicken Best since it opened, and it's always been great. This time, I ordered a two-piece tenders meal and chose four sauces, so two per person, and they told me it was €0.30 for each extra sauce, lol. I understand people taking advantage, but to be so greedy over one extra sauce per person is ridiculous. So, as a matter of principle, thank you, goodbye, you won't see me again, and believe me, I was a very good customer.

19/07/2026: Excellent slow food, not to be confused with fast food where the service is very quick.
Perfect if you have 35 minutes to spare to be served on a Sunday afternoon.
A long time ago, the concept of fast food was to serve people in a maximum of 5 minutes. Today, if you're served in 15 minutes, it's considered a miracle.
You might as well go to a restaurant.

Is playing UNO in the production area a violation of HACCP rules: playing, not washing your hands, and making sandwiches? 🥪

21/07/2026: Absolutely disappointed and angry! This is the last time I'm going to McDonald's! Yesterday I ordered a box of 20 veggie nuggets at the drive-thru, and when I got home I tasted one and it wasn't veggie, it was chicken. I'm a vegetarian, so imagine my anger! I threw the box of 20 nuggets in the trash. I checked my receipt to be sure, and yes, it said "chicken McNuggets." This is really unacceptable! 😡😡😡

On nous emmène à notre table, sol tout collant.
A chaque plat commandé on nous annonce rupture, rupture etc !!!
La cuisine et les plats sont fade, heureusement dessert à relever le niveau,
bref je n’y retournerai pas.

Service pitoyable cuisson non respectée et avant de reprendre le plat en cuisine la serveuse tente de nous dire mais si c’est saignant c’est rouge alors que c’est plus que bien cuit! Pas l’accompagnement annoncé et demandé.
Un repas en famille où tout le monde mange en décalé !!
Service long , tout est long …
Bref à fuir !
