16/09/2026: I received a super warm welcome and excellent service from Léa. I often eat at Buffalo Grill for lunch. This is the first time I've seen such a professional waitress. Very friendly and helpful, she has all the qualities a waitress could possibly have. If only I could have service like this every lunchtime, it would be fantastic. Well done, Léa!

03/08/2026: First time at this Memphis location and we loved it. The atmosphere and decor are fantastic, the food is excellent, and the service is top-notch. Special mention to Charlotte, who is a lovely and very kind waitress. That's not always the case these days!

07/09/2026: A relaxed atmosphere on the terrace in the evening, and the staff were very friendly. There was a good selection of dishes and desserts, all reasonably priced. We had the truffle pasta, which was delicious, but the burgers were pretty good too.
05/08/2026: Cycled here and was able to put our bikes in the garage, great food and big champagne list (obviously) recomended.. 5*

09/08/2026: The food is very good, however the portions need improvement. It's supposed to have chicken, steak, and potato pancakes, but the bread is practically empty. Considering there's extra cheese on the side, you have to wonder if they even bothered to include it.

Very generous pizza and quick service.

24/08/2026: Customer service (lack of respect): There was a person at reception this evening, Monday, August 24th at 9:40 PM, who clearly doesn't know how to treat customers or show any respect. This will be the last time I order anything here. This person needs to be replaced 😂

You have to bring your own bag to go.
Really disappointed, last time I'll eat here.
Plus, the ice cream is as warm as the burger.

19/09/2026: Click and collect done at 8 PM, arrived at McDonald's at 8:10 PM. Still no order at 9 PM. Order given at 9:15 PM because I went to see them. Not a single gesture. Forgotten the toy from the kids' meal. Forgotten the sauce. Cold McDonald's...

Incident with a player advocating insulting and shouting at a stranger for a game. This situation did not seem to shock anyone.
After several tries, I don't feel comfortable going back.

On nous emmène à notre table, sol tout collant.
A chaque plat commandé on nous annonce rupture, rupture etc !!!
La cuisine et les plats sont fade, heureusement dessert à relever le niveau,
bref je n’y retournerai pas.
17/07/2024: Repas en famille pitoyable !
Service pitoyable cuisson non respectée et avant de reprendre le plat en cuisine la serveuse tente de nous dire mais si c’est saignant c’est rouge alors que c’est plus que bien cuit! Pas l’accompagnement annoncé et demandé.
Un repas en famille où tout le monde mange en décalé !!
Service long , tout est long …
Bref à fuir !
