I just paid €20.75 for an order at the Starbucks in Bibliothèque François Mitterrand at 5:44 PM (by credit card):
For 2 white chocolate cookies, 1 sugar donut, a large signature hot chocolate, and a tall white mocha.
The signature hot chocolate was brown water with no whipped cream and completely bitter.
The white mocha was the same, with no whipped cream and completely tasteless. I have been a customer for 20 years, all over the world. This is the first time I have encountered such unappetizing drinks.
Starbuck is normally a quality brand and a safe bet for getting children to eat.
I am extremely disappointed.
22/03/2026: The coffee is excellent, but the toilets have been out of order for several months.
