25/09/2024: My experience at this establishment was extremely unpleasant. The staff was rude and discourteous. I placed a small order consisting of Fanta, potatoes and a cheeseburger, and was made to wait for half an hour, despite the fact that there were only 5-10 people in the room. When I contacted the cashier about the slow service, I was told that my order was not in the database, although I showed the receipt. After a long wait, I finally received my order, but the food was cold and tasteless. When I asked for a complaint book, I was refused and insulted. I was also denied access to the toilet, claiming that I did not have a receipt, which I was forced to hand over at the checkout. After long negotiations with the cleaner, I was able to get into the restroom, where two German teenagers with dilated pupils emerged from one stall, and after them there was an unpleasant chemical smell in the toilet. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment and do not recommend visiting it.
