08/09/2026: Meh, there was a row during service, and we waited over 20 minutes.

07/09/2026: We've come several times specifically to try the Chicago burger, and each time we're told it's unavailable because they're out of sauce! How is it possible to be constantly out of stock on a product that's currently being promoted? Can't anyone anticipate stock levels and order accordingly? I find this really disappointing and frankly unacceptable for a chain like McDonald's. What's the point of offering and promoting a new burger if you can never actually order it? The drive-thru service was a bit slow.
