28/03/2026: Disappointed by the cleanliness of the poorly cleaned tables, with food residue and the same for the floor. An employee saw food on the floor and kicked it under the table. There were no napkins or sauce on the tray. It was 3:30 PM, a quiet time. Upon entering, there was no greeting or goodbye.

21/03/2026: A very disappointing experience today. After a glitch with the kiosk (receipt not printed + screen displaying "update"), I went to the register for help. The manager who intervened immediately adopted a condescending tone. She questioned me insistently about my order and, when I couldn't provide every detail, she had the nerve to tell me, "You don't even know what you're ordering." This response was completely inappropriate and disrespectful, especially since the problem originated with their own kiosk. In addition, she also spoke very rudely to her employees, which gives a deplorable impression of the management and the restaurant's atmosphere. A minimum of professionalism and respect would be expected, both towards customers and staff.
