19/02/2026: Order placed at the drive-thru at night, I was served appallingly. The managers weren't there when I asked for them. I found hair in my fries, and the sauces were only half-opened. I was given a glass of water instead of a Coke. I still can't believe how many mistakes there were in a single order. I can't imagine what it's like during rush hour. Finally, a simple "good evening" wouldn't have been out of place when it came time to pay exorbitant amounts for such mediocre service and food. I recommend going to bed hungry rather than enduring this ordeal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

15/02/2026: The toilets were dirty, the fries were cold, we asked for a drink without ice and there was ice, the burger had ketchup overflowing everywhere, the coffee was lukewarm. I regret going to this restaurant.
