18/03/2024: Best steak I’ve ever had so far. The meat was perfectly and evenly (ordered medium) cooked all the way and the seasoning was perfection. We couldn’t speak French apart from the basics but the staff were very helpful and friendly. The service was very quick and the food arrived within 15mins after ordering. I highly recommend and would go back here again. I miss it already.

03/03/2024: I have been an occasional customer of this establishment for years and have had no problems. but I bought 2 bagels on 29.2.2024 evening (I was the last customer). I broke my incisor with a thin chicken bone in a bagel. I have hatred.

23/02/2024: Just too good! The bagels are clearly the best there is for a fast food restaurant, none equal them, and the price is totally affordable! A real bagel is good, it's generous, there is a choice etc... the employees are all very nice and friendly, every time I go there I am well received, served etc... I recommend 100% I am never disappointed!

26/03/2024: We decided to go to Ninkasi Saint Paul last Saturday at noon, thinking that the brand was a sure bet...We were ultimately very disappointed. I'm a regular at Ninkasi and I've never had a problem, except for this one. We were not welcomed. The waitress barely greeted us, so we sat outside. We waited a good 30 minutes before the waitress came to take our order...Once taken, we waited again for around forty minutes before receiving our two burgers. When there is such a wait, I consider it necessary to warn the customer or, if necessary, to apologize. Neither was done. I would also like to point out that the restaurant was not full and there were not many people there either. In terms of cooking, the burger steaks were overcooked (we were not asked for cooking) and the toppings were not generous. The quantity of fries was not either, by the way. No bottle of water was served to us, we had to get one ourselves from the bar (we waited about ten minutes for a waitress to come upstairs, but none came up). In short, I do not recommend Ninkasi Saint Paul, especially if you are in a hurry!
