14/08/2026: Extremely disappointed. Once again, after more than three years without going, nothing has changed! There's always something missing from the order, and of course, when you call to complain, they treat you like an idiot! They tell you, "No, that's not possible, the order was prepared according to the website!" And of course, no refund!! This fast-food service is completely useless! It should be shut down immediately!

14/08/2026: Dirty restrooms and floors in the dining area, cold fries (several portions), melted ice cream, excessively long wait times, flat water that tasted like Oasis (washing water?), and unfriendly, unsmiling staff. All this with the feeling that I was bothering them when I went to the counter to report a cold portion of fries... so we ended up eating the rest of them cold... shameful.
