22/02/2026: Never seen anyone so tired. At the drive-thru, I don't think I've ever had the chance to order ice cream in five years. The machine is always broken down and in the wash, and they only just answered me at 1 p.m. It's a joke! I think they're doing it on purpose. Not to mention the lost revenue from selling vanilla ice cream with its low production cost. What about customer service? So sad...

18/02/2026: This drive-thru is a disaster; 17 minutes of waiting just to get a meal.
