31/07/2026: Terrible drive-thru experience, I strongly advise against it... We asked the very unpleasant woman at the drive-thru if there would be toys in the children's menu, and she said yes. We received socks that were barely adult-sized... Visited July 31, 2026 at 8 PM

31/07/2026: The wait was absolutely enormous. The "Les Remarquables" menu, at almost €15, included an empty burger, stale salad, and a piece of chicken that wasn't the same size as the bun (I'll let you judge for yourselves with the photo). I think it was a burger prepared well in advance and past its prime... Beware, food poisoning is a real risk. Honestly, you need to overhaul everything: your staff, your preparation, the service, etc.

25/08/2026: Shopping at Carrefour is becoming increasingly difficult. You have to check everything! The prices linked to packaging are inconsistent (see photos). If you want to take advantage of promotions, you have to spend ages activating coupons one by one, each with an expiry date. There are also "shock" prices that you can no longer find on the shelves (for example, today on instant coffee or Petit Câlin yogurts). Some promotions are valid in-store but not for drive-through pickup, or vice versa. In short, I think you have to be retired to take the time to do any worthwhile shopping at Carrefour. I'm going to try other stores. August 22, 2026, more than a year after my last review: I switched to Leclerc Drive and I really don't regret my choice. I had fun doing a mini comparison (see my photos). Each time, there were differences of several cents. (See photos) On a shopping cart, that adds up to several euros.

21/06/2026: We had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was delicious. A huge thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome; the staff were excellent, and especially Elisa, who took perfect care of us. Professional and friendly!

17/06/2026: The prices are a bit high, but the atmosphere is very pleasant. (€24 for two cocktails and a Red Bull). The place is clean with large screens showing matches. It's a real plus and unique in Lyon. I haven't tried their food, so I can't comment on that.

03/09/2026: The products offered by this establishment are distinguished by their impeccable quality, which justifies my loyalty as a regular customer. However, despite the excellence of the pastries and breads, I must express my dissatisfaction with the evolution of customer service, which has noticeably deteriorated over time. It is not uncommon to observe saleswomen conversing in the presence of customers, leading to misunderstandings and requiring customers to repeat themselves. Furthermore, it is regrettable to note that derogatory remarks are sometimes made to customers who have left the shop, in the presence of other customers still present. When paying for my purchases, I frequently feel like I am intruding, sometimes having to interrupt the saleswomen's conversations to get their attention, as they continue talking without even looking at me. This situation gives me the impression that the staff takes customers for granted, regardless of the quality of service provided. I don't question the staff's professionalism, but it's crucial to remember that this is a business. If the saleswomen aren't motivated by their work, a career change could be considered to ensure impeccable customer service.

07/08/2026: The pastries are excellent and fresh for every occasion. As a loyal customer of this pastry shop, I am never disappointed and delight all my guests.

17/08/2026: It's filthy, even the staff are covered in dirt. Sticky tables, never cleaned. Same for the floor. Run away as fast as you can.

08/08/2026: The bread is truly inedible. I ordered regular, well-baked baguettes, taken straight from the bag at home, and they were completely white. I'm a customer at Paul Montplaisir, and it's nothing like this... they bake their bread differently... the baker at the shopping center needs to stop trying to save energy and start thinking about satisfying his customers, who aren't just a cash register. 🙄

11/11/2025: It's impossible to make a reservation at this restaurant. When you call, you get a recorded message giving the opening hours and asking you to book online, but you can't get through to anyone on the phone. And on the website, it's impossible to book. You can't even select the Ecully location. How are you supposed to reserve a table for 12 people?!

28/10/2025: I ate with a friend today, and the waitress was grumpy. What's more, there were two peas in the measure. The table next to us had some older people, and while she spoke calmly, she was condescending and rude to us from the beginning of the service. We wanted the all-you-can-eat mussels menu, and at the end of the second seating, she cleared everything away and told us in a very rude voice that there wasn't any left. And I paid for the all-you-can-eat menu, and it's not the first time I've been there, and it's the first time an employee has spoken so rudely.
