27/10/2026: I'm giving it one star because zero is unfortunately not an option! This fast-food place is only "fast" in name: no greeting at the counter, no paper in the kiosk, and you get the feeling you're bothering them when you ask for your ticket. A 20-minute wait for cold food, with the bread left open in the kitchen for 15 minutes. The employees are clearly stressed out, if not overly so, while the manager sits calmly eating without saying a word. Appalling service and a complete lack of organization. Avoid at all costs!

27/10/2026: **Appalling Service: Forgotten Order, Cold Meal, and Incomplete Order** We opted for table service and waited nearly 20 minutes in a practically empty dining room. Our order was already prepared, placed behind the counter, but no one seemed to have any intention of bringing it to us. I had to go and ask for it myself. The result: cold food, missing sauces and napkins, and the Happy Meal toy was missing. The Happy Meal wasn't even presented in its usual box. We had to return to the counter to request the missing items. There is no valid reason for such disorganization, especially since the restaurant was almost empty. Table service means that customers don't have to retrieve their own orders or check that they are complete. A very disappointing experience, with a clear lack of order tracking and consideration for customers. I expect an explanation from management and some form of compensation.
