20/04/2026: So I'm disappointed... I can't say I'm a bad customer, though, because I come quite often, I must be optimistic, but then again, it's the closest one in terms of location! Nine times out of ten, orders are forgotten, or very often, "Oh, it's no longer available," and so on... We often ask for drinks without ice, and they have ice in them. We ask for sauces! Miraculously, today I got the sauces... And the sandwich packaging? Seriously? A minimum of politeness was shown, but it was rushed, and yet it wasn't even crowded! The fries... well, it's the same story. They're so friendly, they think we're all on a salt-free diet! I gave two stars because you do have some very lovely, very kind employees! And those two stars are for them! However, instead of always giving the same answer—"yes, we'll have a meeting with the team"—for ages, and for ages nothing happens, it's time to take action. I worked for this chain in the past at a motorway service station, and I can assure you that we team members were better off not making even a quarter of the mistakes we encounter at your restaurant! Oh, and I'd also like to mention that it would be useful to remind people about hygiene, because cleaning with a broom and then handling food is unacceptable!
