02/04/2026: I ordered at the kiosk at 1:51 PM and received my sandwich at 1:54 PM. I started eating my sandwich at 2:01 PM; it was cold, not lukewarm, but really cold. I went to the register to report it. They told me they'd already served me a while ago. I'm very disappointed by this behavior.

05/03/2026: What can I say about this place, except that it feels like home? The manager, Sandrine, has a gift for giving a warm welcome, and what a pleasure it is to settle into a comfortable sofa and sip a good coffee. Thank you for such a comforting experience; this is an address I will treasure!

21/02/2026: It says it opens at 11 am, but I was just told it's closed and opens at 12 pm. If you could save travelers a 20-minute walk for nothing, that would be great. Thanks. The Starbucks is closer and open.

20/04/2026: So I'm disappointed... I can't say I'm a bad customer, though, because I come quite often, I must be optimistic, but then again, it's the closest one in terms of location! Nine times out of ten, orders are forgotten, or very often, "Oh, it's no longer available," and so on... We often ask for drinks without ice, and they have ice in them. We ask for sauces! Miraculously, today I got the sauces... And the sandwich packaging? Seriously? A minimum of politeness was shown, but it was rushed, and yet it wasn't even crowded! The fries... well, it's the same story. They're so friendly, they think we're all on a salt-free diet! I gave two stars because you do have some very lovely, very kind employees! And those two stars are for them! However, instead of always giving the same answer—"yes, we'll have a meeting with the team"—for ages, and for ages nothing happens, it's time to take action. I worked for this chain in the past at a motorway service station, and I can assure you that we team members were better off not making even a quarter of the mistakes we encounter at your restaurant! Oh, and I'd also like to mention that it would be useful to remind people about hygiene, because cleaning with a broom and then handling food is unacceptable!

30/03/2026: I've tried several times, but there's always something missing from my takeout or dine-in orders. Luckily, I check before leaving. It's a shame; I won't be coming back.
