04/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit to Broadway on Boulevard Carnot in Villemomble today. I've been a loyal customer since 2019. My wife and I ordered a Philly Bacon for me and a Philly Kebab for her. At the register, the cashier misunderstood my order and served me a bacon burger instead. When I explained that I had ordered a Philly, he insisted I had asked for a burger, which is completely untrue. In addition to this mistake, the portions of meat and fries were significantly smaller, while the prices on the sandwiches had increased by about €4. The value for money is no longer the same at all. Finally, the service was disappointing. This is the second time I've experienced a lack of professionalism and friendliness. It's a real shame, as I've enjoyed this establishment for years. I hope this review will help improve the service.

I don't know his name, but I'll describe him as a large white man from whom I collected my order. He was disrespectful and spoke to me rudely, as if I were there to eat for free. At the end, he told me I was stressing him out, even though I only asked for a glass of water. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, specializing in French cuisine. I started as a manager and am currently a director. I have never disrespected a customer, despite the stress and pressure inherent in this field. Even when you encounter disrespectful customers, you maintain control to protect the restaurant's image. This person is tarnishing your reputation. Sincerely.

06/08/2026: Hello, I came with my children to eat a meal deal. The fries were like cold cardboard, and I ordered a dry, inedible hamburger. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place for families.

14/04/2026: Since the switch, it's been nothing but disappointments. Dry fries, oily meat, and an overall cheap feel (subjective opinion). As for Uber, it's simple: one out of every two orders is marked as delivered after a two-hour wait without seeing anyone. AVOID Uber for orders over 10 minutes. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this is too much.

29/01/2026: The food at Chicken Spot is good, their chicken is very tasty, but I'm waiting for them to reopen as they're currently under renovation.
