02/07/2026: I can't give an objective opinion on the food since it was over 35°C, so getting a hot meal wasn't easy.
However, the staff were wonderful, always smiling, and there's a nice little outdoor seating area in the back! Don't forget mosquito repellent, just in case!

I was quite shocked by the aggressiveness of the waiter who served our table and who spoke very rudely to his younger colleagues.

14/07/2026: A very bad experience. We had brought a birthday cake, which the staff kindly agreed to refrigerate upon our arrival. We therefore thought we could celebrate our birthday at the end of our meal. To our great surprise, the restaurant manager ultimately refused to let us blow out the candles or celebrate the occasion, without this being clearly stated to us from the outset. If this practice is prohibited, it would have been honest of them to tell us before agreeing to keep the cake and allowing us to dine there for €200.
This lack of transparency and consideration ruined what should have been a festive occasion. We left very disappointed and do not recommend this establishment at all.

19/09/2026: A terrible experience at this KFC in Neuilly-sur-Marne. I'll never go back.
I ordered a Pepsi Zero, but I was served a Pepsi Cherry. So I went back to the counter to simply ask for it to be changed. The person there gave me a dirty look and was incredibly rude. She finally changed my drink, and I tasted it again: still Pepsi Cherry!
I went back to her, and she insisted it was definitely Pepsi Zero. After checking, she finally realized the hoses had been connected incorrectly and that I was right: it was indeed Pepsi Cherry.
The most unbelievable thing is that after we finished our meal, the problem still wasn't fixed. They brought me another drink, and the same thing happened again: still Pepsi Cherry! At that point, I simply asked for a Perrier instead, but even that was unacceptable.
I had to insist and argue with this person before they finally gave me a Perrier.
A connection error can happen, that's not the issue. What's unacceptable is the unpleasant attitude, constantly questioning the customer's word even when they were right, and having to insist so much just to get the drink I ordered.
Very disappointed with the service. I will never set foot in this KFC again.

Just now, the wait for a meal order was 30 minutes... Yes, thirty minutes... And then they offer you a meal deal with a free drink, and suddenly they're out of stock by the time you get your order. And the tray was dirty, as you can see in the photo. In short, I'll go to a competitor next time.
