The staff is welcoming, and the service was prompt and efficient. The food was good and beautifully presented, offering reasonable value for money. A great find that I highly recommend.

Yesterday at lunchtime, we came to your establishment. There were no seats available on the terrace, which wasn't a problem, but the waiter, who had been there for a long time, explained this to us very kindly and professionally, always smiling and welcoming. He alone makes you want to come back.
However, it's a shame that the rest of the service was cold, with waitresses who were not very friendly and rather sour, even at the till. This is regrettable for an establishment that offers excellent meals.

10/12/2025: A great spot in Bondy if you're looking for brasserie-style food and burgers. The butcher is fantastic!
Parking can be difficult if you go on a weekend evening.

04/05/2026: 129 lives up to its reputation. Very affordable prices with very (very) generous portions. The sandwich is very good. It's still a fast food place, so don't expect haute cuisine, but if you want value for your money, this is the place to go!

13/06/2026: An absolutely outrageous experience. Over an hour and a half wait for an Uber Eats order, with tracking indicating that the driver had picked up the order when this was clearly not the case. Throughout this entire time, there was no clear information, no transparency, and no communication worthy of the name.
The most shocking thing is the feeling of being completely ignored. No one answers, no one explains what's happening, no one seems to care about the customer or their time. It feels like as soon as the order is placed and paid for, the customer ceases to exist.
Waiting is one thing, but lying or displaying misleading tracking information, then leaving the customer without a response for hours, is unacceptable. It's a total lack of professionalism, respect, and consideration for the people who order.
I have never seen such a disorganized service and such indifference to customer satisfaction. If you value receiving your meal within a reasonable timeframe and being treated with a modicum of respect, look elsewhere. A disastrous experience from start to finish. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment and I will never order from them again.
12/06/2026: WORST KFC EVER.
I was greeted by a dismissive waitress who amused herself by smashing all the trays on the table and throwing the food onto them in a completely unprofessional manner.

09/06/2026: A disgrace. The Long Fish arrived cold, the salad was soggy, the bun was hard, and the taste was questionable. It tasted like a day-old burger. I couldn't finish the meal, it was so bad. I strongly advise against going there.
07/06/2026: The manager was unpleasant; he refused to exchange my long-stemmed shepherd's chicken for a long-stemmed one, even though my niece and nephew had a €53 menu. He replied, "I don't care, you'll have to pay for another shepherd's chicken."

14/05/2026: I'm a big Starbucks customer, and today I went to the Aéroville location. It was a disaster. The drink I chose was completely off; the name said banana, but there was absolutely no banana flavor. I told the staff and asked for more banana. They agreed, but said it was already well-balanced and that I couldn't taste the banana. The response was outrageous: this is my fifth Caramelized Iced Banana Oat Shake, so I know the taste. The staff were neither welcoming nor professional. I had stopped going to the Aéroville Starbucks because of all this. Surely there's a recipe to follow; it's not that hard. The managers should pay a visit there, unannounced. I do not recommend this place.
13/05/2026: I went to the Starbucks in Aéroville with my family for four drinks. I think we bothered the employee who wasn't doing anything and had no other customers. She made a mistake with a matcha, serving it cold instead of hot. When we pointed it out, she questioned us, looking annoyed. Well, she did it again anyway. Next time, just tell us to go somewhere else, and we won't bother you anymore. Unworthy of a major chain like Starbucks. I won't be going back. May 13, 2026 at 11:45 AM.

22/12/2023: Frites absolument infectes. De la veille au minimum. Frites maison sérieusement ? Sèches et dures, s'effritent à l'intérieur. Pommes de terre dans le sandwich pareil, fromage à raclette pas fondu. Je commente jamais mais la... Très déçue d'avoir été "bernée" de la sorte avec des aliments de la veille (au minimum). En espérant ne pas tomber malade.
