15/02/2026: A disastrous birthday party! Endless service... NO meat cooked properly (including the €28 ribeye steak, which was completely botched, to say the least... and not even the weight listed on the menu; even the waiter was surprised), cold hamburgers, drink orders for the children that never arrived... a waiter "in training" had to manage an entire section by himself (including our table of 12)!! We never saw a "professional" come to help him during the evening... what was the manager doing??.....thanks... we know where not to go again...

02/12/2025: I've eaten at several KFCs all over France and the one at KFC is the best KFC.

30/11/2025: Half the order is missing!! A whole meal and all the drinks! When we call, no one answers. Awful, awful, and very annoying.

09/03/2026: I want to share an episode that goes far beyond a simple bad dining experience. It's the contemptuous, intolerant, and deeply humiliating treatment my family endured at the Sisters' Cafe in Versailles. There were five of us: me, my two young children, and the grandparents. A moment of normal family conviviality turned into a nightmare. The place was small and crowded, but we sat in the back, hoping for a quiet lunch. The problem began when, when the owner (or manager) arrived to take our order, we revealed ourselves to be non-native French speakers. My in-laws, in particular, spoke basic French. The most "complicated" request? My mother-in-law, seeing "Croque Monsieur" on the menu, politely asked if it was possible to have a simple cheese toastie, a more basic version of the same dish. Nothing out of the ordinary, a request that in any establishment with a minimum of courtesy and flexibility can be granted with a simple "yes" or "no." The man's reaction was straight out of a horror movie. Instead of explaining, trying to understand, or even politely denying the change, he immediately became angry. His face darkened. In an aggressive tone and without any explanation, he pointed to the door and ordered, "Out." That's right. "Sortez!" We were stunned. At first, we couldn't believe our ears. We tried to figure out if we'd misunderstood. But no. The man, visibly furious that we dared not order exactly as planned, insisted on kicking us out. The reason? Having the audacity to ask for a simple change (not an extra dish, not a complication, but a simplification!) and not speaking perfect French. We were literally thrown out, under the embarrassed eyes of the other customers, along with two confused children and two mortified elderly people. My mother-in-law was devastated, feeling guilty for not understanding the term "Croque Monsieur," as if that justified such a violent and hostile reaction. Think carefully before going to this place. This isn't just bad service; it's pure and simple discrimination against those who aren't local or don't speak the language. It's unspeakable arrogance that translates into humiliating an entire family out of pure caprice and intolerance. I've never written such a negative review in my life, but what happened at Sister's Cafe cannot and must not go unnoticed. Never again. There are civilized ways to handle a misunderstanding or an off-menu request. Chasing away customers isn't one of them. It's an act of commercial barbarism.

10/02/2026: The food was pretty basic, the pub was kind of grubby, and smelled bad. It cost way too much also given the lack of quality and location.

01/03/2026: A fantastic find in Vélizy. The place is truly a success: warm industrial decor, comfortable booths, and a large illuminated sign that immediately gives the impression of walking into a real, modern American diner. You feel right at home as soon as you arrive. I tried their famous "Zlatan" burger… and it definitely lives up to its name. It's a monster. An almost comically large burger, overflowing with melted cheese, bacon, pickles, tomato, and a generous amount of sauce. Visually, it's spectacular—you almost want to take a picture before daring to dig in.

12/11/2025: Incredibly rude, the calzone was watery, and they tried to tell me it was the egg white when the egg in question was completely cooked instead of runny. Besides, egg white is thick... Instead of apologizing, or acknowledging that an ingredient must have released a lot of water—like the impressive number of whole olives on the pizza, or the ham if it was frozen—they preferred to talk down to people, claiming they don't deliberately put water in pizzas and that runny, uncooked egg white happens all the time... Well, in that case, learn to control your cooking! Anyway, there are ways to speak to customers. I wanted to give you a chance despite the Google rating, which is clearly deserved.

11/11/2025: The pizzas are pretty good, the service is generally quite fast, nothing to complain about, very good for lunch 👍

07/03/2026: If I were the manager of this restaurant, this wouldn't happen. Even if there were staff shortages, I would take the necessary precautions to clean the floor and tables. Cleanliness is fundamental in a restaurant. And the noise of dirty dishes being dropped into the collection bin is also unacceptable for the peace and quiet of the customers. Sorry, but if things don't change, I'll find another restaurant. A word to the wise.

05/03/2026: De pire en pire... Un soir à 19h30 = plus de jus de pomme, plus de jus d'orange, quasiment jamais de livre ... Et un service ultra long... Ça manque d'un bon management dans ce fast-food.

23/02/2026: Avoid this place at all costs, whether you eat in or use click and collect. Sometimes there are only two of us in the restaurant and we have to wait 30 minutes. It's the same today with click and collect; the food is always served cold. It's awful.

23/02/2026: A disgrace! It's pure robbery. Every time, items are missing, or sometimes ingredients are missing from the burger assembly itself… What's the manager doing? I think he's on some sunny island, getting a tan thanks to the money from all the order errors and oversights. It's high time they cleaned house, literally and figuratively. The restaurant is dirty, the staff are only smiling in the locker room, there are consistently missing items and assembly errors… It's impersonal, they skimp on the sauces in the burgers, when they don't forget them altogether… In short, we go there less often, and we'll end up never going back at all!
