05/08/2024: I went to Doody's Vélizy today at noon, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As soon as I arrived, the waiter greeted me in an unpleasant manner. I had simply ordered a "hazelnut" and it was made clear to me that I was not welcome to stay on the terrace just for that. I understand that some establishments prefer that customers consume more when occupying terrace seats, but the way in which this was expressed to me was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. I sincerely hope that the restaurant management will take this into consideration to improve the welcome and service in the future.

27/05/2024: Accueil à la limite de vous m'en.......des, par contre, service rapide et bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul sourire que nous ayons eu, c'est au moment de payer l'addition.

12/09/2024: 5 star service!!! We stopped by to celebrate the birthday of a colleague from the agency and frankly top notch service, the staff was very nice and the products were really delicious 🤤 and crispy…thanks for the offer of a vegetarian sandwich ☺️

02/09/2024: To escape 1h30 of waiting plus the waitress supposedly looked for us everywhere but we were on the terrace we arrived inside she seems surprised it's Sunday September 1st lol so she is now preparing our meal

30/08/2024: We take 100 euros worth of buckets, drinks, tenders... for an extra sauce we are still asked to pay... Moreover when we take a hot drink we are told that there is more sugar... but still not s a commercial gesture... and table service is non-existent even if it is offered because we are asked to collect the trays at the checkout...

07/09/2024: 2 burgers livrés sur 4 alors qu'il y a une promo, et 66 euros pour 2 burgers. Ne décrochent pas au téléphone me rappellent pas.

06/09/2024: J'avais été prévenu, j'ai voulu tester. C'est une caricature de Fast Food dans le sens le plus péjoratif. En plus c'est pas bon!!! Inutile d'entrer dans les détails... Il n'y a même pas de moutarde si on veut accompagner ses frites. C'est cher : presque le double d'une célèbre enseigne qui a standardisé la nourriture.

17/08/2024: Bad experience. The girl who was answering the phone (glasses, tattooed) was not friendly. He doesn't know how to make change and is aggressive in his way of speaking. Honestly I won't go back to this Starbucks. A slice of crumbled lemon cake was served and the banana cake was VERY HARD... an experience so unpleasant that it even made me look around to see if I was really at Starbucks. Smiling at the customer or saying good morning with kindness is the least... let's be consistent, shall we?

05/05/2024: I really liked the area in the city center, as well as the decoration of the premises and the welcome and professionalism of the team.

03/04/2024: Disappointing service. I received an incomplete order and the restaurant refused to return the missing part to me.

02/09/2024: Honestly I give it 3/5 because I have known the place since it opened and I remain attached to it, but the service and quality are quite random and it is very regrettable... €5.50 for a cooled tea bag with ice cubes and a slice of lemon, you had to dare to call it homemade iced tea 😬 (I had the same thing the day before, nothing to do with it, it was very correct though... Too bad). We don't always know what to expect 🫤

25/08/2024: We usually go to the Chatou Office quite regularly, it’s a bit like a Saturday lunchtime canteen! Each time we are a little more disappointed and I think today was one time too many. This afternoon, few customers, we tell ourselves that the service will be fast… No ! We are seated, we take our order and the wait begins. Finally the dishes arrive, my steak is not cooked as I asked and this is the second time this has happened. I close my eyes...I don't want to wait any longer. Once the dishes are finished, we hope to be cleared and that we are offered the dessert menu. We wait. We wait. An incessant ballet of waiters and waitresses who don't look at us... finally my partner gets up to order dessert...! And the wait starts again…a waiter arrives with our order and tells us “oh well sorry it’s melted”!!!! Scary ! A dessert whose whipped cream has spilled into the cup, whose scoops of ice cream no longer look like anything and not the slightest embarrassment! When it's time to pay, we still wait. It's lamentable. And in all this, I observe throughout this time, a manager whom I know to see very regularly, sitting outside, on the window of the neighboring building, smoking on several occasions. It’s distressing! Hire students for the summer, yes, train them too! I think the Chatou Office will recover from losing two regular clients, however I wanted to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction.
