15/06/2026: Excellent service from David, who was competent, attentive, and pleasant. It's a shame the food wasn't up to par. The sirloin steak wasn't tender, clearly not fresh, and neither was the chocolate cream. The Dame Blanche was also filled with whipped cream to mask the ice cream.
But thank you to David, it was still a pleasant experience.

05/05/2026: The manager present during order preparation on Tuesday, May 5th, around 7:10 PM, could certainly improve her skills, both in terms of order preparation accuracy and customer service. Oversights can happen, but an inappropriate attitude is unacceptable (thinking you're a manager is still an unattainable dream for some). I advise you to check your orders in person to avoid an unnecessary trip.
It's a shame to see the service decline at this KFC!

07/05/2026: A very bad experience at Au Bureau restaurant.
After waiting for over an hour, one of the platters from our order had been forgotten. When they finally tried to correct the mistake, they brought the wrong platter.
Despite this series of problems and the wasted time, no real gesture of goodwill was offered. The only "compensation" offered was a shot of alcohol, even though there was a pregnant woman at the table, which demonstrates a real lack of consideration and professionalism. Disappointing service and nonexistent error handling. We will not be returning.

16/05/2026: I came to get some information about the menus and the buckets.
The manager herself greeted me with a sarcastic tone, as if we were old friends.
I'd been there years ago, but this KFC completely killed my appetite. Their chicken was already greasy before, practically dripping with oil, so this is really worrying.
(It's not supposed to be healthy, but still...)
Anyway, avoid it unless you want to get into a fight with the staff.
And your resumes? I saw her tearing them up. Good luck with the job search... even though a toxic manager isn't exactly appealing.
13/05/2026: Absolutely catastrophic. I went there tonight (May 13, 2026) and found a gray substance on the tenders and a hair in my ice cream. Simply disgusting.

12/11/2025: Incredibly rude, the calzone was watery, and they tried to tell me it was the egg white when the egg in question was completely cooked instead of runny. Besides, egg white is thick... Instead of apologizing, or acknowledging that an ingredient must have released a lot of water—like the impressive number of whole olives on the pizza, or the ham if it was frozen—they preferred to talk down to people, claiming they don't deliberately put water in pizzas and that runny, uncooked egg white happens all the time... Well, in that case, learn to control your cooking! Anyway, there are ways to speak to customers. I wanted to give you a chance despite the Google rating, which is clearly deserved.
11/11/2025: The pizzas are pretty good, the service is generally quite fast, nothing to complain about, very good for lunch 👍

14/05/2026: A Gold member for two years, I regularly shop at Starbucks in the Île-de-France region, and this is the first time I've had a bad experience abroad. Overwhelmed by the crowd, I ordered the new Chicken Pop, which had come especially for me, and was given a donut and a watery Cool Lime with no lime flavor. For the price, I won't be going back to the Parly 2 location.

30/06/2026: The service was deplorable, the establishment was dirty, and some of the employees reeked of sweat from miles away. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's.
28/06/2026: Worst McDonald's experience ever
My visit to the McDonald's in Orgeval was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. It was impossible to pay with holiday vouchers, with no real explanation or solution offered. On the patio, the parasols were closed, and despite our request, no one was able to open them or explain why.
The service was interminable, even though there weren't many customers. The cashier and the waitress were unpleasant, unfriendly, and unprofessional; we clearly felt like we were bothering them.
The cleanliness also needs improvement: dirty dishes, which is frankly unacceptable. And to top it all off, the World Cup cup was missing from our order.
Between the wait, the cold welcome, the lack of organization, the questionable cleanliness, and the oversights, it's simply the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. A very bad experience; I absolutely do not recommend it.

11/05/2026: I stopped by this morning since I was 15 minutes early for an appointment. I said hello when I walked in, but there was no response (two servers were there, one tidying up and the other preparing a drink). I figured they were busy, so I went to the register to order and waited patiently for them to be available... then impatiently (lingering glances, "well..."). After five minutes during which neither of them looked at me or asked if I wanted to order, I finally left. I did say "have a good day anyway," and again, no response.
It's quite incomprehensible; it's basic customer service, after all. And it was clearly open since they served someone just as I walked in (and it was 8 a.m.). It's not like Starbucks is particularly good or cheap, it's just that you usually know you'll be served efficiently and get your coffee before leaving. So clearly there's no point in this one...
