31/08/2026: I've ordered from them several times, and they're always great, no complaints, but tonight the bread wasn't fresh; it must have been yesterday. There was very, very little sauce inside! We're used to better on it tonight!

She's friendly, efficient, and insightful. He's discreet but consistently high-quality and inventive in his "simple" daily menu. A sure bet in Le Cheylard.
03/09/2026: We had a lovely time on a pretty terrace and the food was delicious! We didn't finish our plates, the portions were very generous and excellent! So we didn't have dessert, but it looked divine.

10/09/2026: During our road trip in the area, we randomly stopped at this brasserie. The welcome and service were top-notch. And what can I say about the food?! Absolutely delicious! From the charcuterie platter to the gourmet coffee, including the ribeye steak and my Ardèche burger! Everything was high quality!
An address to remember without hesitation.
08/09/2026: In any case, there is the prettiest waitress in the world, I drive a black and red Suzuki and I came with a colleague on Wednesday, September 2nd at lunchtime.

11/09/2026: Staying in Le Cheylard, I went to this brasserie on the recommendation of the local bike shop owner.
No frills, and that's perfect.
Simple yet well-prepared. SO GOOD! Goat cheese ravioli and finely chopped homemade fruit salad. 😍 The owner was very attentive.
08/09/2026: Excellent restaurant for finding local products.
The burger with caillette (a type of sausage) and goat cheese (Ardèche burger) is a real treat.
The Ardèche sundae is rich in chestnut cream.
A truly great experience.

23/05/2026: An ideal stop on the Dolce Via to recharge before the climb to St. Agrève.
Very comfortable. Friendly welcome. Excellent breakfast. Bicycles can be stored safely on the premises.
Only drawback: the steps leading to the bathroom and toilet.
18/05/2026: A very pleasant stay at this hotel where the rooms have been renovated, the breakfast is very varied, and the welcome is very friendly. I recommend it!
