Staying in Le Cheylard, I went to this brasserie on the recommendation of the local bike shop owner. No frills, and that's perfect. Simple yet well-prepared. SO GOOD! Goat cheese ravioli and finely chopped homemade fruit salad. 😍 The owner was very attentive.

Excellent restaurant for finding local products. The burger with caillette (a type of sausage) and goat cheese (Ardèche burger) is a real treat. The Ardèche sundae is rich in chestnut cream. A truly great experience.

Great discovery at L’Estanсо! We really enjoyed the sea bass fillet: the cooking was impeccable, the accompaniments were tasty and the fact that the sauce was presented separately was a nice touch. which allows you to personalize flavors according to your preferences. Excellent restaurant! The service is very friendly and welcoming, which is rare these days. The portions are generous, and a special mention goes to the daily special. The tuna was delicious, served with a homemade vegetable flan. We loved our visit to this restaurant where the food is all homemade.

10/09/2026: During our road trip in the area, we randomly stopped at this brasserie. The welcome and service were top-notch. And what can I say about the food?! Absolutely delicious! From the charcuterie platter to the gourmet coffee, including the ribeye steak and my Ardèche burger! Everything was high quality! An address to remember without hesitation.
