19/05/2026: The hotel wasn't clean, the staff, though somewhat helpful, looked worse for wear. The owner was grumpy and now I am about to engage in a payment dispute as he charged me on top of (crappy) Booking.com. Such a shame as the location is perfect and my room had a nice view of the gorge. This place could be quite special if there was some tender loving care. Really annoyed at the payment shenanigans.
17/05/2026: Fantastic stay at Hotel Le Belvédère, the staff are amazing! The hotel is in a great location, with a lovely view. A real bonus is the quiet, heated pool – very relaxing. Thanks again!

13/09/2026: Saddened to have to lower the average, but unfortunately the nonchalant welcome and mediocre service leave me no choice.
08/09/2026: We had drinks on the terrace. The young waitress provided pleasant service and the prices were reasonable.

27/08/2026: We come here for our lunch break and every time we're disappointed. We've given them several chances, thinking, "Maybe we just caught them on a bad day," but it's always a bad day. Small sandwiches made with stale bread, barely filled. And don't even get me started on their pastries, which are day-old and tasteless. We spend at least €20 only to still be hungry after our break. Don't try to get around this problem by going somewhere else; they ALL belong to this bakery, so it will be the same disappointment and the same rip-off no matter what.

17/10/2026: We had to wait a long time for the menu. The staff were subsequently impatient and unwelcoming. The food was very mediocre: the cheeseburger was burnt (black on the bottom) and the tomato salad was really not tasty (overripe tomatoes). It is a nice place to sit, but that is about all there is to say.
17/10/2026: Magnificent terrace in an incredible setting with top-notch service and a warm welcome! The manager is very friendly and offers excellent advice. We highly recommend it.

30/09/2026: This is the worst student cafeteria I've experienced in three years of university. There are no halal options, no breakfast menu, and the prices are higher than at other student cafeterias. Even the famous cookie, which is usually cheaper elsewhere, costs €1.90 here!
There's only one microwave for the entire cafeteria. The seating is uncomfortable, and the atmosphere is depressing. Furthermore, there are only two electrical outlets in the whole cafeteria for charging devices.
Frankly, it's a disgrace for an institution like INALCO to offer such a disappointing cafeteria. It's high time they improved the services offered to students, in terms of prices, comfort, and meal choices.
28/07/2026: The food was very good for a university cafeteria, but the staff were quite unpleasant to students. No one responded to greetings (except for the very thin man and the young man with dreadlocks, who remained polite). The women working in this cafeteria clearly didn't want to be there, but rest assured, it wasn't our fault!

05/09/2024: A great little restaurant with outdoor seating from which you can watch the paddlers on the Ardeche. Also very nice to sit outside in the evening. The food is very tasty and has a good price/performance ratio. Lots of locals come to eat. So reserve a table especially in the evening. The patron seems a bit grumpy at first glance, but he has his shop under control and can be very funny. We enjoyed being guests there several times on holiday and never had any reason to complain about any dish. Highly recommended.
