08/06/2026: A little gem with wonderful hospitality! The Logis Hôtel le Clos Charmant was a very pleasant surprise. The welcome was warm and attentive – exactly what you want after a long day of travel. The room was compact, but tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered a typical French selection with fresh delicacies – a perfect start to the day. The absolute highlight was the three-course dinner: When we mentioned that we aren't big fans of shellfish, the menu was promptly adapted for us – a gesture that truly impressed us. There was a delicate fish pâté as a starter, a tender chicken dish as a main course, and a creamy panna cotta for dessert. Accompanied by an excellent bottle of rosé – simply perfect. Communication in English was no problem, and we even picked up a few French words. 😊 A charming hotel that will stay with us – we'll definitely be back!

04/08/2026: A DISASTER!!! The saleswoman was extremely unpleasant (stressful and unfriendly). The sandwich was dry and tasteless with poor-quality ingredients. The salad was wilted.... In short: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

04/08/2026: We tried three ice cream shops on this square, including this one. It might have fewer flavors, but it is certainly worth it and tastier than the two large ice cream parlors on the square! They also have delicious meringue blocks! The saleswoman is very friendly.

14/08/2026: The waitress was not pleasant at all. She lacked a smile and her welcome left much to be desired. This young woman with long curly hair and piercings is not suited for this job. Everything seems to irritate her! She's damaging the establishment's image!

13/08/2026: Unpleasant waitress Apparently, there was no more steak for the children's menu, but steak was still available for the other dishes, and she refused to include it in the children's menu – no logic whatsoever! Nothing is homemade; even the lasagna comes in a disgusting tray. Don't waste your time and money!

19/08/2026: I stopped by chance for a late lunch. Everything on the menu looked tempting, and while the prices are a bit higher than average for a typical restaurant (as many reviews show), considering the quality of the place, the food, and the staff, I can't recommend it highly enough. The terrace is lovely and shaded, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive despite it being peak season. You have plenty of time to relax and don't feel rushed out as soon as you finish. That's becoming rare these days. The food is truly high-quality and absolutely delicious, with a special mention for the Bolognese pasta on the children's menu! It's so refreshing to enjoy a real, quality restaurant and not a factory. So thank you and best of luck to the team, who, despite a busy season dealing with tourists, still provide such a perfect welcome 🙏
