08/09/2024: Me and my partner are used to going to SUBWAY once or twice a month if not more.
Well now I much prefer to go to the one at the Croisette shopping center in Charleville-Mézières.
I agree, at the end of the day (7:26 p.m.) they are tired after a day spent with the fair in Sedan, but that is not a reason to rush your work. You made the choice to be in food and fast food sales, so you knew the consequences. Take responsibility for the work until the end. And please remain courteous.

08/09/2024: Waitress a little too fast to prepare the sub30. Sloppy work with almost nothing in the way of meat in it. The waitress who threw the bag with the subways in it instead of putting it down... it can be seen that she is in a hurry to finish the service. Today's service (09/08/2024) remains to be reviewed.

03/09/2024: There is always something missing in the orders, the ice machine always broken, the toilets always broken, the time to be served is far from fast food time, it is better to go to the restaurant directly you will be served faster, the prices which are increasing but the portions which are decreasing every day, the cleanliness of the room let's not talk about it... forced to go to the McDonald's in Villers Semeuse to eat in a clean place.
01/09/2024: Very very fine fries, service served in 7 minutes or more, except at the drive-through which is quite fast, table cleanliness, do not wash regularly or dispose of

15/09/2024: Nous étions 4 et 3 ont pris du paleron cuisson lente
En fait les morceaux de viande servis avec des pommes de terre cuites à l’eau (…)étaient presque immangeables ;
Beaucoup trop durs, donc mal cuits. Ce qui est un comble puisque l’introduction du menu fait un focus sur la cuisson lente
En fait le chef a dit ce qu’il faut faire mais ne l’a pas fait !
Par ailleurs, le service est parfait et la salle est superbe.

On a passé un très bon moment entre amis . Dommage que le choix des apéritifs du bar soient pas la même qu’au restaurant

03/09/2024: We couldn't rate either the food or the service since we never received a delivery! After an hour and a half of delay, we stopped waiting for them, despite several attempts to call! I am very disappointed, I will not order again and I would not mind giving them bad publicity!
Null ! Don't order, it's no use, he doesn't deliver!

I recommend this Greek it is larger than Torcy and I am not disappointed

Des plats qui déchirent. On a tous pris des plats différents. Une tuerie.

23/02/2024: Alors.... personnel antipathique qui sert ses amis à peine arrivés, alors que ça fait plus de 30 minutes qu'on attends la commande sous la pluie.
Prends les sous puis touche la nourriture sans changement de gants.
Les clients précédents ont eu droit à plein de frites dans leurs américains, mais nous... a peine la moitié de la ration d'autrui.
Et les frites.. molles et baignant dans l'huile.
Seul le poulet était bien.
La sauce? Quasi inexistante.
De surcroît, on nous impose un sachet plastique à 10cents.
La prochaine fois, quitte à mettre quelques euros en plus, j'irais ailleurs.
