14/06/2026: This restaurant offers truly excellent food: the dishes are flavorful, well-prepared, and the ingredients appear to be of high quality.
The dining room, however, is in dire need of a refresh. Cleanliness is lacking in places, and overall, it feels as though nothing has changed in the last ten years. This is a shame, as it doesn't do justice to the quality of the cuisine.
With some effort put into maintenance and modernizing the dining room, the experience could be outstanding.

02/07/2026: Excellent all-you-can-eat restaurant! The buffet is huge and offers an incredible selection: very fresh sushi, crispy spring rolls, well-prepared hot dishes, and a fantastic wok station where the chef prepares everything to order. Even the desserts are worth it. The restaurant is very clean and spacious, and the dishes are constantly replenished, so you'll never run out. The staff is very welcoming. A must-try for those with a big appetite!

08/03/2026: What a disaster! It feels like a restaurant from 20 years ago, with a stressed-out owner arguing with his wife who's in the kitchen, and above all, the food is fried and refried, it's probably defrosted and put in. In short, culinary "tourists," run away!

07/02/2026: For years, I've remained loyal to this brand, this family. Their products are always excellent and served in generous portions. There's always a great selection at this Vietnamese delicatessen! And to top it all off, these people are incredibly kind. Hong Linh is a sure thing, a Rodez institution for years!
12/10/2025: Here, the priority seems clear: no help, no compassion, just a "go get medical help" to get rid of the problem. One wonders how anyone could speak like that to someone struggling to stay upright. Telling someone with severe hypoglycemia to "go get medical help" is more than just inhumane; it's shameful. This woman should take a hard look at herself.

Rooms could be cleaner, hot/cold water was unpredictable in the shower.

I stayed for 3 days in early April. The staff was incredibly friendly and the place was very clean, which made my trip really pleasant. Highly recommend! See ya
