10/10/2026: Hello, I had lunch at Flunch this Saturday, October 10, 2026. Despite the large crowd, I found the staff particularly dedicated and professional. I especially noticed a young woman named Chloé, whose name I made sure to ask. I found her remarkable, always attentive to the customers, meticulous about every detail, and responsive to their every need. Having myself held team management positions within a large company, I know how to recognize a well-organized team. I witnessed a veritable ballet, with superb collective choreography, where everyone seemed to perfectly master their role. All this with coordination worthy of a true conductor! I would particularly like to congratulate Chloé for her professionalism, energy, and dedication to service. But I would also like to congratulate the person who recruited her or who helped her develop. It's important to recognize talent, and Chloé is clearly one of them. She possesses excellent professional qualities, and I am convinced that she still has a great deal of potential and a bright future ahead of her.
